Cancellations

For cancellations please contact us within three hours of ordering by telephone at +971585077171.

If we have not yet prepared your order or dispatched it then we will be able to offer a refund where applicable. Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

We will not be able to provide a refund for orders prepared or dispatched already due to the fact that we are working with fresh products that are made for specific orders.

Refund Policy
